But, you can make it yourself and be one of the cool kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<br>1 cup (237 ml) balsamic vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions:<br>Pour the vinegar into a sauce pan and bring it to a gentle boil.<br>Turn your stove exhaust on high and stand a bit back from the stove to avoid the strong smell of the vinegar.<br>Reduce the heat and simmer the vinegar, stirring it often, until it is reduced to the thickness you want. Maple syrup thickness is what I go for. It takes about 12 to 15 minutes.<br>The glaze will also thicken a bit more as it cools.<br>Store it in a glass jar in the cupboard.
